Lymm U13s secret weapon

It’s Lymm RFC U13s Cheshire Cup semi final at Macclesfield tomorrow (Sat 20 March). With their record you wouldn’t think they needed more help – current Cheshire Champions, National Twickenham Champions – but they’re taking no chances.

So for a 3.30pm kick-off they’re carb-loading the night before with Pasta, veg and fruit, an early cooked breakfast on the day. Then the secret weapon – some Soreen in the changing rooms an hour before for some slow release energy – FruityFive or Go-Bars seem to go down particularly well with the boys.
